What to expect:
Taking the first steps towards counselling can feel daunting - and that's completely OK.

Her's what the process looks like:
​
1. Book Your Session - Choose a time that works for you - These are booked in (50-minute blocks) either in person or online from anywhere in Australia. Bookings are simple and can be made through the website.
​
2. Complete Your Client Form - If you can. This helps to understand a little about you and what has bought you to counselling.
​
3.Come prepared - If that is helpful for you .You don't need to have it all figured out- but a few things that can be helpful:

Have some questions ready- anything you'd like to know about the process, approach, or what sessions involve.

Bring a notepad- jotting down any thoughts or reflections afterwards can be really valuable.

Come as you are- Theres no right or wrong way to show up.​

4. Your First Session - This is a relaxed non-judgemental conversation. Theres no pressure to share everything at once. We focus on getting to know you, listening to your situation. And exploring how best to support you.​​
5.Moving Forward Together - From there we work out a path that feels right for you.
