About Mindful Life Aligned
Hi, I’m Michelle, the face behind Mindful Life Aligned. I support women in Mandurah and online across Australia who are navigating ADHD, menopause, and feelings of overwhelm. My approach is calm, supportive, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while finding practical ways to move forward.
My passion is supporting women who feel overwhelmed, particularly those navigating ADHD, menopause, and life’s many transitions. I take a holistic and practical approach to counselling, helping you manage everyday challenges while finding ways to feel more balanced, clear, and in control.
With lived experience and years of working within community organisations, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the challenges many women face. My work has included supporting vulnerable communities, including women experiencing homelessness, which has shaped my compassionate and grounded approach.
Having lived and worked across different cultures, I bring an open and understanding perspective to each person’s unique experience.
In my counselling practice in Mandurah and online across Australia, I create a supportive and nurturing space where you can be yourself. Together, we explore what’s going on for you, helping you reconnect with who you are and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
