Therapy in Nature, at Your Own Pace
If sitting in a traditional therapy room doesn’t feel right for you, walk and talk therapy offers a more relaxed, natural and grounding approach. Taking place outdoors in Mandurah, these sessions are especially supportive for grounding, helping you feel more present and connected while you move, breathe, and talk freely. Walking has been scientifically shown to help lower cortisol levels (your body’s stress hormone), making it easier to open up and feel at ease.

How I help
I offer walk and talk therapy sessions in a calm, natural environment where you can feel more relaxed and at ease. Being outdoors can make it easier to open up, process emotions, and gain clarity. Together, we talk through what’s going on for you while gently moving, helping you feel less stuck and more grounded. My approach is supportive, flexible, and tailored to your pace.
Who it’s for
This is for women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, and are looking for a more relaxed way to access support. It’s especially helpful if you find traditional face-to-face sessions intense or uncomfortable, or if you feel better when you’re moving or in nature. It’s also for those who enjoy being outdoors and want a different approach to counselling.
